At Texas Stagers, our pricing model is designed to be simple, fair, and directly aligned with the value we help create. We charge approximately 1% of the home’s list price as our staging fee. This approach ensures that every client pays a price proportionate

to the scale and value of their property.


This value-based model reflects the proven impact of professional staging—homes that are staged typically sell faster and for 5–10% more than unstaged homes. By investing just 1% of your property’s value, you’re positioning your home to potentially gain a much higher return at closing.
